All profits from our sales from our store go towards The Children's Society (TCS), supporting their work with child refugees.
Associated with The Refugee Council, TCS have a scheme to support and mentor young people and child refugees.
WHY THIS CHARITY?
Our biggest threat, to all species sharing this planet, is climate change.
Climate change and poverty are interlinked.
Climate change and poverty are interrelated events. While global warming affects the natural environment, it also affects humans.
Climate change globally increases cycles of poverty, particularly in low-income communities in the global south.
As our climate crisis enhances and our efforts to address it meet it, one outcome will be the increase in humans seeking refuge.
The most vulnerable of this group are children.
Young refugees and migrants who reach the UK, sometimes on their own, need help to stay safe and rebuild their lives. More than half of these young people experience mental health problems and many grow up in extreme poverty.
Our online community shop is a small but necessary contribution to supporting those most in need, as their homes, and the institutions which they rely upon, break down and struggle under the pressures they will inevitably meet as the climate crisis plays out.

For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Delivery outside the UK are subject to the our courier and the destination of the order.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your receipt.
If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address, please enter that information when checking out.
We can not be responsible for address errors.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duty charges, VAT or taxes imposed when entering your country.
Sadly, this is beyond our control. If you are unsure of your potential duty charges, please check with your local post office before ordering.

Returned items need to be in condition they were received, unworn and undamaged, so that we can re-sell the item.
You have 14 days from date of delivery to return the item. Buyer covers the return postage.
